This workshop offers an empowering and imaginative goal setting session where participants will learn the fundamentals of creating a vision board.
The first part of the workshop consists of guided meditation and reflection designed to open up the mind. During meditation, you will be asked questions to prompt reflection on your inner dreams and goals. For example: "Imagine you are floating through time to exactly 1 year from today. How do you see yourself? What is different or the same?"
The second part is dedicated to creating a vision board, where you will transfer your goals into a physical, graphic representation. If we have time, participants will have the chance to share their vision board or key insights at the end.
